Our ambition at Patent Safety Learning is to share Patient Safety information and learning as widely as possible, so we're pleased to be able to publish many of the talks from the event and hope that they will be shared and watched widely.
Our Green Paper
At the Conference we launched our Green Paper, A Patient-Safe Future, which sets out our understanding of the current patient safety landscape and our vision for what needs to be done to make healthcare safer for patients. Download your copy here.

We welcomed consultation for our Green Paper between September and November 2018, and are using the responses we received to inform our White Paper, which is due to be released in July 2019.
Thanks for engaging with us. We really appreciate it.
